In April 2021 we established the first regional HR Service Hub of Bosch in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) based in Vecsés. For this great opportunity, we are looking for our motivated and service-minded team members with a high customer-orientation.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assistance our multinational HR department with administrative support in Staffing
• Prescreening candidates (in English/German/Hungarian)
• Organizing interviews and co-facilitate
• Tracking of selection process
• Supporting the Onboarding processes
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Developing experience working in one of the functional areas with the opportunity to work on cross-functional tasks as well.
• Working side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Qualifications

Requirements:

• You have an active full-time student status at a college or university, pursuing a BA or MA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• You can work with us for a period of at least 6 months, for at least 30 hours per week
• You have good command of English/German/Hungarian languages
• You are enthusiastic to develop yourself in the field of HR, while being able to demonstrate excellent administrative and
