The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) will focus on generating new leads and supporting the field sales team to drive business growth.

Role Overview: The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) will focus on generating new leads and supporting the field sales team to drive business growth. Additionally, the DSR will act as a hunting account manager for opportunities until a certain Total Contract Value (TCV), nurturing relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various digital channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, online events).
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead generation activities and progress.
Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of newly acquired prospects, serving as the primary point of contact.
Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the prospect base.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the field sales team to transition qualified leads and support the sales process.
Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and account management.
Continuously improve sales processes and techniques to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital sales (inside sales), lead generation, or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales processes.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Hunter mentality with a drive to seek out and close new business opportunities.
Highly motivated, customer-focused, and success-oriented attitude.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Advanced level of German language
