Datenschutzerklärung
Mit der Anmeldung stimmen Sie zu, dass die Andrássy Universität das vor, während oder nach der Veranstaltung entstandene Foto- und Filmmaterial sowohl im Online- als auch Printformat für Zwecke der Presse und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit verwenden darf. Sollten Sie mit der Aufnahme und der Veröffentlichung von Bildern Ihrer Person nicht einverstanden sein, teilen Sie uns dies bitte mit (per E-Mail an den Organisator oder an mako[at]andrassyuni.hu), und wir bemühen uns, Ihnen gesonderte Plätze zuzuweisen.
Aus der Einwilligung zur Veröffentlichung der Bilder können Sie keinerlei Rechte (z. B. Entgelt) ableiten. Die AUB kann für die widerrechtliche Verbreitung der Fotoaufnahmen und die einschlägigen personenbezogenen Daten seitens Dritter keine Haftung übernehmen. Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der AUB sowie Internetnutzerinnen und -nutzer können die Bilder sehen und diese können in Suchmaschinen angezeigt werden. Sie haben das Recht, Ihre Einwilligungserklärung jederzeit zu widerrufen, in diesem Fall wird das Referat für Marketing und Kommunikation der AUB Ihre Bilder von der Homepage oder den Social-Media-Kanälen der AUB entfernen.
Die AUB behält sich vor, Anmeldungen zu den Veranstaltungen abzulehnen und vor Ort zu widerrufen. Eine Begründung hierfür ist nicht erforderlich.

A regisztrációval hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy az Andrássy Egyetem a rendezvény előtt, közben vagy után készült fotó- és filmanyagot online és nyomtatott formában egyaránt felhasználja sajtó és közönségkapcsolati célokra. Kérjük, amennyiben nem járul hozzá képek készítéséhez és közzétételéhez, jelezze felénk (e-mailben a szervezőnek vagy a mako[at]andrassyuni.hu címre), ez esetben igyekszünk külön helyet biztosítani Önnek.
A képek közzétételéhez való hozzájárulással semmilyen jog (pl. fizetés) nem érvényesíthető. Az AUB nem vállal felelősséget a fényképek és a vonatkozó személyes adatok harmadik fél általi illegális terjesztéséért. A képek az AUB munkatársai és az internetezők számára elérhetők, és a keresőkben is megjelenhetnek. Hozzájárulási nyilatkozatát bármikor jogosult visszavonni, ebben az esetben az AUB Marketing és Kommunikáció Osztálya eltávolítja képeit az AUB honlapjáról vagy a közösségi média csatornáiról.
Az AUB fenntartja a jogot, hogy a rendezvényekre való regisztrációt megtagadja és a helyszínen visszavonja. Ennek indoklása nem szükséges.

Privacy policy
Registration for the event is required so that the organisers know the number of participants they can expect, or so that changes in information regarding the event or in the event program can be communicated. By registering, you agree that Andrássy University may use the photographic and film material taken before, during or after the event, both in online and print format, for the purposes of press and public relations. If you do not agree to publishing such images taken of you, please let us know (by email to the organiser or to mako[at]andrassyuni.hu) and we will endeavour to allocate separate places to you.
You cannot derive any rights (e.g. remuneration) from your consent to the publication of the images. The AUB cannot accept any liability for the unlawful dissemination of the photographs and the relevant personal data by third parties. AUB employees and internet users can see the images which can be displayed in search engines. You have the right to revoke your declaration of consent at any time. In this case, the AUB Marketing and Communication Unit will remove your data from the AUB homepage or social media channels.
The AUB reserves the right to refuse registrations for the events and to revoke them on site. No justification is required for this.
