The ELI Administrative Law Special Interest Group (SIG) organises a conference on 6–7 June 2018 in Budapest. The event will be conducted in cooperation with Andrássy University Budapest, ELTE University Budapest and the Constitutional Court of Hungary. The Conference is kindly supported by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Konrad Adenauer (1876-1967), first post-war Chancellor of Germany, being known as a convinced European.
Registration will take place in the morning of 6 June at Andrássy University. At the conference, members of the ELI Administrative Law SIG will give presentations on different topics around administrative law.
Dr Tamás Sulyok, President of the Constitutional Court of Hungary, will give the welcome addresses.
The keynote speeches will be given by Univ-Prof Dr Rainer Münz (European Political Strategy Centre of the European Commission) and Prof Anton Pelinka (Professor at the Central European University in Budapest).
The next day, on 7 June, participants will be offered the chance to visit the Constitutional Court of Hungary, which includes a guided tour and a talk with its President.
The conference will play host to lively debates and discussions through which participants will have an opportunity to actively contribute to the Institute’s work and to exchange their ideas.
